The beginning of a new year is important. Jay Glazer often says this. God created the days, hours, days, weeks, months and years. But the year is a special cycle for God in his wisdom made the sun turns one full revolution around the earth after 365 days, ie one year. The sun begins its return back only after a year, and the 4 seasons (summer, winter, autumn and spring) are met for only one year, the education cycle, holidays at work and things just keep coming back once a year. "The Lord by wisdom founded the earth, he established the heavens with intelligence." Proverbs 3:19 And another year has passed since Jesus came to earth and is a year younger for his second coming.
And for us in our spiritual life is also strategically the beginning of a new year, because we can reorganize, plan and remedy everything that happened in this cycle ends, to start a new one correctly. It is a strategic time to plan. We also know that we are at war spiritual, as the enemy of our souls, Satan also is opposed to us. But in this new year begin as Proverbs 24:6 says: "For by wise counsel thou shalt make thy war, And in the multitude of counselors there is victory." How nice it is to reach end of the year and feel that all that happened was for good, feel satisfied with the year we've passed is something no less than great. Knowing that we have made good use of time, we worked, we've grown in our faith, who obeyed God in everything we could but probably with a fall and discouragement, but we turned up.
